What are four components of a data communication system?

Data communication system provides the process of sharing data to the user who is connected to the network model on the computer system.

The resource can be shared during the lack of resource added into the network model for data communication system for sharing the information to the resource to provide the service for the end user on the network model using the computer system.

The network model is used to provide the service using the resource and shared resource to the client user on the network model for the data communication system.

The information can be shared to the user through the components of the data communication system, basically the data cable for transferring the data to the user through the targeted IP address of the computer system.

Data communication system included different types of hardware devices to provide the service to the end user and provide the output data as a solution if two users are communicating to each other and the data which is a solution comes from the user 1 to user 2 then it is a solution for the user 2 through the data communication system or network model of the computer system or smartphone device.

The data cable is important role for network model to share the data and transfer the data and information to the user when the user sends the file then it will converted into the data packets and the data cable can transfer the data to the user IP address of the computer system which is connected to the data cable and transfer the data packets which is completed in the files form in the unit of basically the 10 to 100 Mbps of data packets on the network model of the computer system.

The data cable is used to transfer the data faster than the other simple data. It depends on the quality of the data cable on the network model for the data communication system.

Data cable shares and transfer the data packets which is basically depends on the data cable capacity to transfer the data packets from one port to another port to transfer the full information which the user sends the file which is divided into many data packets that are transfers to the particular port on the network model for the data communication system.


Network device is main part of physical layer in data communication system

Network device is a main part of the physical layer in to the data communication system that means the network device is a main device and part of the network model for data communication system to make a communication system through the network device because the network device is used to connect to the computer system through their IP address of the computer CPU port and provide the network system to the client user to the other user.

Network device also decides the data is transferred to the targeted IP address to the user or its computer system and the user gets the right file from the particular user who sent the file to the correct address.

Network device decides which data packet is used to transfer to which port IP address of the computer system. The network device provides the many ports for connecting the computer system to allow for sending the message and files to each other through the data cable or microwave wireless medium of connection to the computer system.


The resource that takes input and provide output data for user

The resource that takes input and provide the output data for the user that means the input device in the network model is used to send the input data to the computer system or the network device to send the file or input data to the connected user to their computer system which is connected to the network device and provide the same file to the user.

The user can receive the file and input data which is provided to the user in the form of output data through the output device on the computer system from the resources of the network model connected to the network device in the topology for data communication system.

The resource can be shared in the network model to perform a task on the network model and provide output data if the program is given instructions to perform a task and provide the output data from the output resource hardware of the computer system. If the printer is used to perform a task to printout from the other computer system to send the command to the printer output device to perform and get the hardcopy of the document from the printer output device. In this case the printer output device is in the other department and the user needs to print out the document from the other department of the printer because their printers cannot work properly.

The resource is a device that is controlled by the program of application software or operating system on the data communication system. The resource works for the end user and is controlled by the program when the user gives an instruction to the computer in the network device model, then the network device transfers the processed instructions to the resource to perform an action or task on the network model to provide the output data if the resource is in the category of output device.

The resource also be an input device for providing the service of operating the network model and gives instructions to the network device to process these input instructions to perform by the output resource which is connected to the network model after processing the input instructions from the network program of the application software working on the network device in the network model. For example:- the input device keyboard is used to gives input instructions to the network device and it is used to process then the sends the instructions to the output resource to perform the task by the output hardware resource on the network device model to gives an output data from the output resource on the network model in the data communication system.
